Lots of control and learning how to activate your core even better. Last week we did core training with weight, this week is only bodyweight. It’s more than enough 😬.
For example have you tried doing shoulder tap and your body swAying a lot? Or when you do burpees, your hip keep falling on the ground first?
Core is not just abs, it’s also your back , sometimes glutes too.
